The main stages of production
With an increase in demand for alternative fuels, interest in the technological process of manufacturing Euro-briquettes inevitably increases. The pallet production line includes several basic cycles.
At the first stage, initial crushing of the starting materials in special crushers takes place. Prepared and weighed raw materials are crushed to particles with a volume of not more than one cubic centimeter each.
The resulting semi-finished products are placed in a drum or belt type dryer. The purpose of the process is to reduce humidity to a level of 8-12%. Then there is a re-crushing to a finer state of particles - flour. For this, hammer mills are used.
The dried components are placed in mixing containers where they are wetted with water to a certain degree of conditioning. This stage is a very important link in the overall chain of the production process, because the degree of further bonding of raw materials depends on the moisture indicator.
The press is the main pallet machine. Moistened flour gets under the pressing rollers, which push it through the round holes of the matrix at high temperature. The pellets coming out of the holes are cut with a special static knife into small cubes.
Hot granules are immediately sent through the sleeve of the press casing to the cooling column. Here, the pellets are cooled and the excess flour is sifted out.
At the last stage of the process, the granules are sieved and packaged.

The production of granular fuel is cost-effective for manufacturing enterprises. The constant search by the consumer of various ways to reduce the cost of heating guarantees a stable demand for pellets (pallets).
