Born July 25, 1962 near Moscow. He was an obedient child, studied well, never had any special problems with him. The school was completed almost perfectly, apart from a few fours. And already in 1979 he entered the school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This is the best educational institution in the city of Novosibirsk. After he went to serve in the military unit, he worked there for about three years.
Since 1986, he studied at the KGB school, and then served in counterintelligence. Then he transferred to the FSK (Federal Counterintelligence Service), where he rose to the rank of major, and in 1994 he graduated from the service there.

Near the door of the Russian businessman Mikhail Khodorkovsky, a bomb was detonated. This is seen as an attempt on human life. This is what Alexei began to blame.
Another attempt was committed on November 24, 1998. Unknown shot Evgeny Rybin - this is the head of the Austrian oil company. Most likely, the killer was inexperienced or they wanted to scare him, but the businessman survived and blamed Pichugin and the Yukos company for everything.

As mentioned above, the Gorins married couple was stolen in November 2002. The prosecutor's office in the city of Tambov lasted for almost 5 months. After all, they hoped to find bodies. And only at the beginning of June 2003 the case was requested by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. In mid-June (19th), our hero was arrested until the circumstances were clarified. At the end of the same month, he was charged with kidnapping a couple.
In August 2003, Pichugin was accused of other murders and attempts. A year later, in June 2004, his case was transferred to the Moscow City Court. While considering all the circumstances, some cases had to be withdrawn due to the fact that the statute of limitations had expired.
In March 2005, the court finally issued a verdict and sentenced Pichugin to 20 years in prison. And, most importantly, identified him in maximum security colony there was no talk of any sparing. However, several more attempts and assassinations became clear. Then the court reconsidered the case of Pichugin and sentenced him to 24 years in prison with a sentence in a maximum security colony. New trial
