Opened 4 anticafe since 2012. I want to give feedback on the article.

Target audience maximum 25 years. Older people are several times less likely to visit such establishments, because no time and do not like new formats. + This is confirmed by the statistics of our 4 anticafe. There are older generations, but their contribution is not great.

The numbers indicated in dollars must be converted to the rate of 30-35r.

I don’t quite understand how you calculated the profitability at 46-50% ?! Opening costs are 50,000. Monthly expenses are 10-15,000. Expenses for 14-16 months of payback are 140-240,000. Turnover for this period is 190-290,000. Total profitability is 17-26%. It is more like the truth of numbers and the truth of practice. In communication with other founders of such points - this is the limit. Although the payback period itself is correct.

Some statistics: in Russia there are now more than 200 anticafe, a third of them in Moscow. I hope for higher regional performance over the next two years. Franchising networks are developing more and more actively (we are one of them :)).
