The couple built a tiny house to get rid of monthly mortgage payments

Andrew and Gabriella Morrison lived in the US state of Oregon and paid month after month a considerable amount in the form of a mortgage. This constant payment began to worsen their lives, and the couple realized that there was absolutely no need to spend time on a 30-year loan to have a home.

They realized that a mortgage was a mistake.

A couple with experience in construction decided to get out of the predicament she was tired of fighting every month. The couple sold their housing, saved up 33,000 dollars (a little over 2,100,000 Russian rubles) and built a beautiful house that does not require a mortgage, which attracts attention, and also creates a new trend throughout the country.

Own mini-housing

Andrew and Gabriella decided to build a tiny motorhome that had everything they needed. Mrs. Morrison happily says: "Now we have no debts, no indecision, we are contented and united as a family and enjoy our life, constantly living in our home."

Since this happens without loans and collateral, the joy of a married couple is understandable. The Morrison was able to create a luxurious living space for just $ 33,000, which they developed themselves.

They thought up the whole decoration themselves.

The interior of the house is fully equipped with a fireplace, parquet floors, second level, kitchen, bathroom and dining area, the cost of construction and decoration of which amounted to approximately 11,000 dollars (a little more than 700 thousand Russian rubles).

Since they designed the house as small, even tiny, its heating is very efficient and does not take much time at all. In addition, it is very inexpensive.

The kitchen is actually quite spacious, with all the modern amenities the Morrison needs. At the table, couples can work and enjoy stunning views of the Oregon countryside. Despite its small size, the kitchen is ideal for couples to get together and eat.

The house is even two-story

On the second floor there is an area where the couple is sleeping. There is even a wide window at the bed level, from which an attractive view of the nature opens. Since the couple chose the provincial region of Oregon to live, they have something to admire.

Opposite the bedroom on the second floor is a pretty little lounge where Mr. Morrison spends his time playing the guitar. This small, self-made space brought their family together.

Thanks to creativity and ingenuity, modern amenities and a large amount of free space, this house is very convenient.

The tiny dwelling has everything that is available in an ordinary apartment, including a shower and toilet. The bathroom is very comfortable and allows you to wash with convenience. The spouses seem to have enough space in this tiny house.

Morrison’s daughter, Tera, who is only fourteen years old, has her own tiny hut, built in a nearby forest, and regularly visits her parents ’house. Thus, this replaces the teenager's personal room, which is present in standard housing, and allows you to feel your own uniqueness.

They set a great example for everyone.

A 30-year mortgage and a huge fee for choosing the chosen property can become a huge stress for any couple. Andrew and Gabriella Morrison broke the pattern and removed the tension, which often harms the relationship between many spouses. When they built their own house and with their efforts created coziness in it, they got rid of the stress caused by buying a home. For just $ 33,000, they created exactly what they wanted, saving a fortune, and thanks to this they became closer as a family. This is an amazing feat that needs to be considered by more people. The Morrison has everything they need, especially love.
