1. Certificates, other documents confirming the compliance of the premises with generally accepted standards.
2. Documents for indoor technical equipment.
3. Declaration confirming the availability of own parking.
4. Copies of documents that confirm ownership of the equipped room (contract, extract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises).

Additional documentation

The following additional documentation will also be required:

1. A coupon or a diagnostic card confirming the passage of a technical inspection.
2. Vehicle registration certificate.
3. Documentation confirming the availability of the required transport.
4. Contract for pre-trip medical examination of drivers.
5. The conclusion from the specialist of the transport commission.

If you intend to receive a document for international transportation, you must also receive additional papers from the transport inspection, which will confirm admission to international flights.

The main requirements for carriers

The legislation imposes certain license requirements on carriers:

1. It is important that the company employs qualified drivers who have the right to drive category D vehicles.
2. An employee must have at least 3 years of work experience in this category. The length of service must be officially confirmed by writing in the work book.
3. The driver must have medical clearance to drive the vehicle.
4. The main requirement - the company must have a health worker who will carry out pre-trip examination of drivers. In the event that such an employee is absent, the enterprise must have a contract with a medical institution providing such services.
5. A vehicle license card is required.
6. Transport must be equipped with tachographs and the GLONASS system.
7. Transport must be technically sound.
8. The type of vehicle must correspond to the type of transport.
9. The company must have special equipped rooms in which technical inspection and maintenance of vehicles will be carried out.

License cost

To apply for a license, you must first pay the state fee. Its size is 6 thousand rubles. When re-issuing a license, the state duty will be 2600 rubles. For the extension will have to pay 600 rubles in favor of the state. The receipt must be attached to the general documentation package.

Sometimes organizations and individuals try to conduct activities without obtaining a license to carry passengers, but the fine that can be obtained for this significantly exceeds the amount required to obtain a document:
