Financial security plays an important role in choosing a life partner for about half of girls living in large cities. They so want to get married, or at least start dating a wealthy person, that feelings fade into the background. However, it also happens that a poor young man is beaten out into people with his mind and tenacity. And now those who turned away from him earlier are ready to do a lot to deserve attention. But to do this is no longer easy.
Long history
A few years ago, a young man from a poor family fell in love with the daughter of wealthy parents. For months, he tried with all his might to get her attention, until one day she could not stand it and told him that she did not need him. Of course, he could be a good friend or boyfriend for someone else, but not for her. She does not want to spend the best years of her life on a poor student.
The guy at that time studied at the institute and earned money after studying. The girl knew perfectly how much he earned, so she told him right in the eye that she spends more per day than he earns per month. She asked him to forget her and find himself someone from his circle.
Chance meeting
Years passed. The girl got married. Her husband made good money, but she always wanted more.
Once the girl went with her husband to a large shopping center in their city. While her husband was shopping in the auto department, she strolled along the windows of neighboring stores. And then I saw my old poor friend. 10 years have passed, but for some reason he almost did not change.
The girl approached him and immediately began to tell that she was already married, that her husband made good money, and she was very happy to be so wealthy as not to go to work. It is not known why she began to tell all this. Perhaps to annoy the poor guy, to point him in his place, or just to brag. Maybe if they continued the conversation, that would become clear, but then the girl’s husband came up to them and timidly said:

The poor man nodded, turned and left, and the husband told his wife that he was the owner of the company in which he works. That he achieved everything in his life himself, that once upon a time the girl he loved rejected him because of poverty. And he decided to prove to her and the whole world that he could achieve a lot. Since then, he has become one of the richest people in the country, but still has not married.
The girl watched the old acquaintance and realized how much she was mistaken.
